There is no doupt that there will be electricity supply deficit in our country after 2008. State Planning Organization officially declares this fact by sending notices to the relevant organizations. EPDK has issued generation licenses which multiply the established capacity in the country, but the realization ratios of them are quite low. The realization percentage of the issued licenses is below %20.

The main reason for this is that the companies with licenses cannot obtain the necessary financing on time. A lot of licensed companies are searching for resources for their projects, and especially since they can not provide an assurance the financing companies require, they wish to sell the project through the transfer of the company shares. However, the licensed projects fall into the hands of the unauthorized brokers in the market, and they can not reach the real buyers.

ENARDA, being fully aware of this problem, has started an initiative in this field. We have formed a platform to bring together the project owners who obtained or are able to obtain generation license and the real investors and financiers who are seeking for sound projects.

We bring the entrepreneurs who are looking for licensed projects for investment and the investors having whishes to transfer/assign their projects or to provide credit and/or partners together, if they apply.
